I was just wondering.. is this about race horses? (Because in that case horses never get randomly assigned). I always wanted to become a jockey myself and have been riding horses for 14 years now..
Just a small tip, you always check the stirrup length with your arms, not with your legs :3 sorry I don't want to nag, it's just a tip. We always look if the length is right by putting the tips of your fingers on the place where the stirrup straps start at the saddle, if the length is right, the stirrup should just reach your armpit.
Overall.. I like this story a lot though, even if I am missing the yaoi -proffesional perv- xD
