Thanks for the motivation. I need that, really. My first day was yesterday, but it was only an orientation and my trainer just made me do cardio for 30 minutes.
The real shit happened today. Cardio, strength exercise, my body was so surprised my blood pressure dropped and almost fainted. *sweat drops*
Then there's this one person I friended in myfitnesspal and she accepted my friend request, but ALAS! She unfriended me after 30 minutes and I am really upset about that. I've been unfriended before but not in a span of 30 minutes.
So, all in all, I feel tired, accomplished, sleepy, annoyed and I want ti wring someone's neck, LOL. But yeah, being serious about this made me realize that I really have an unhealthy lifestyle. O_O

wow... that's the same thing that I've been experiencing which the neurologist explained to me just now, something about the 10th nerve and whatnot signalling to slow the heart rate and widen the valve, resulting in decrease of bp and making it hard for the blood to flow to your brain resulting in fainting!!! O_O||| TWINNNNNN!!!! O_O|||
He told me to hydrate myself properly before exercise to prevent that, as well as to not sleep late anymore cause I need oxygen which will be deprived of me if I keep on sleeping late... Also to avoid over-exerting myself and take it all moderately, and should I start to feel faint, to lie down so that the blood can flow back to my head, and to not move about soon after I recover... Hope these tips help(I just learned this today~!)~!!! ^_^
Oh, oh! Also, my mom's tip when I exercise: breathe properly(LOL. my bad habit as a swimmer, I hold my breath...), inhale through your nose and exhale loudly through your mouth so you know that you're REALLY breathing. (that's exactly how she says it! XD)

For my new training, I usually do 30 wall push-ups; 20 weights(.5 lbs each); 150 pulls on the stretch cords; 5 sets of 10 sit-ups on exercise ball(buy this! it's extremely useful~!!!); 2 song length of leg raises--> all these plus some arm and leg stretching in between each of them, to loosen the kinks. Well, that's all I'm doing for now, it's definitely less tiring than what I've been doing before~ XD (the weights exercise is the breast firming exercise I found in the net... yeah, my breasts are heavy and big enough, thank you very much, 'enlargement is not true anyways'... butterfly-something i think? i forgot the name, gonna search for it again and pass you the link~ ;P). Hahaha~ contrary to popular belief, jogging actually does more harm than good(one of the contributors to heart attack), and it doesn't make you thin fast, but makes your legs tone faster.

You know those promos wherein you get three sessions with a fitness trainer for free and then after that, you're on your own? I'm actually in that situation. I read that sticking to one routine is ineffective so I hafta change it up or at least have a training program. T)T

training program... yep, but I just make my own, so i'm not so sure if everything i'm doing is alright, but i do try to make it all as balanced as possible and not put in too much things to do. Hnm... Guess i got the principle from all the sports i've done so far, we usually do trainings for certain things, like a different training for endurance, speed and strength(arm strength, back, leg, etc...), so when i make my own program i research in the net for it and just mix in basic stretching exercises to fill in the gaps...
As for how I think up what to do... i look at my body. LOL. yeah, no joke, i look at my body and see what i want improved. right now i wanna make all these tummy flabs and go away and have a firmer chest, so my exercise is focused mainly on something that works out the abs(the ones i listed in the previous post) and develops the muscles to push my chest up(how shameless can i get speaking like this? LOLOLOL, but really a c-cup is kinda inconvenient at times...), at present, i'm sticking to low aero though(i used to do hi-lo until the fainting incident).
Once i get what i want though, i go check my body again and see what others i want improved, but in changing the exercise, i still put in some work-outs to maintain what i've already achieved. Previously, i've been working on my legs(now i can wear skinny jeans!!!! wahahahha!!! uber happy about this~~~~), so i moved on to toning my upper body more, but i still do the leg raises, only that i decreased the leg exercises. ^_^
If you can find the time, go enroll in one~! it's uber fun learning how to fight and such~ and we may even get to do some sparring some time in the future~~~ hahahaha~~~ *grins evilly*
